Description of services: More than a state-of-the-art AI, Ted evolves into an ally in users' life - an assistant helping them navigate their actions and choices while offering solace in times of solitude and distress. Ted thereby satisfies stated needs, delights with solutions to subconscious desires, and even anticipates needs before they reach user consciousness.
3. User responsibilities: Users are responsible for using Ted in a manner that is ethical, legal, and respectful. Any behavior that is offensive, disruptive, abusive, or illegal is strictly prohibited. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or engage in any activity that interferes with the performance of Ted or negatively impacts others' enjoyment of Ted.
4. Content ownership: The content of conversations is owned by the user and can be accessed via their text message log. This data is locally stored on the user’s device and can be deleted by the user at any time.
5. Restrictions on use: Ted is to be used in a lawful and ethical manner. Any activity that infringes upon the rights of others, disrupts the service, results in harassment or harm to others, or constitutes illegal activity is strictly forbidden.
6. Termination of service: Users can terminate their use of Ted at any time by sending the command "DELETE ME". A user can be removed from the system after two warnings if they continue to violate the service's terms and conditions after these warnings.
7. Disputes and governing law: In the event of a dispute escalating to a criminal level, it will be governed by the law of the United States. Any non-legal disputes will be handled by RHINO, which reserves the right to arbitrate and issue a decision on the matter.
8. Limitations of liability: RHINO's primary responsibility is ensuring Ted operates seamlessly. Given the secure data storage system, any claim, loss, or damage as a result of a data breach holds RHINO not responsible aside from rectifying the breach promptly.

1. Personal data collected: Ted collects and stores the entire conversation log between itself and the user. The data is stored in a secure database and can only be accessed by our lead developer at RHINO Research L.L.C. After the launch of Ted, the database will be moved to an Amazon Web Services(HIPPA level security), at which point no human will be able to access the data.
2. Purpose of data collection: The collected data guides Ted to adapt itself according to the user's preferences and habits. This learning mechanism helps Ted provide personalized advice, suggestions, and emotional support that resonate with the user's unique needs and personality. The objective is to foster deep, meaningful interactions based on shared experiences, emotional support, and advising the user subtly, thereby combating loneliness and becoming the user's go-to guide.
3. Data sharing and disclosure: User data will not be shared with any third parties. All the data is securely stored and no unauthorized access is permitted.

Data protection and security: To ensure optimum data protection, our existing secure database server will move to Amazon Web Services with HIPPA level security within 10 days of Ted's launch, after which no human, including any member from RHINO Research L.L.C., will have access to the customer data.
5. User's rights: Users will have a personalized dashboard where they can update their phone number, name, and email at any time.
6. Data retention: Personal data is retained for the most recent 5000 words exchanged with the user. Once it crosses 5000 words, the total content of the data gets summarized into 250 words, which are stored for the lifetime of the user account. Users can command Ted to delete their data at any time by messaging "DELETE ME".
